Particularly after the clarification of technical details, we analyse the "actual" status quo and the "target" taking into account the information and facts supplied by you. These are documented in the Rudolf Schwarz Feasibility Analysis.

Based on our Rudolf Schwarz Feasibility Analysis, which also contains our material recommendation, we’ll prepare the offer. This includes the costs of tools, prototypes, parts, material and estimated delivery time.

Rubber is not simply rubber. We give you the specifications for the mechanical, physical and chemical properties. These include:

• Mechanical: Shore A hardness, tear strength and elongation, rebound resilience, resistance to tearing and abrasion, resistance to permanent deformation at high and low temperatures.
• Physical: cold flexibility; max. continuous use temperature.
• Chemical: petrol, mineral oil, acids, alkalis, water temperatures.
• Furthermore, the important fields of application are: automotive, food, fire protection, ...

After clarification of all the material properties and requirements, we’ll give you our recommendation for materials.

On this basis you’ll choose to make a contractual order, so our Rudolf Schwarz team will develop and build a prototype tool. To begin with we’ll carry out production test runs. The ensuing sample parts will be scrutinized to see if they come up to your requirements and functions. If necessary, the parts will be optimized and readjusted. If the initial output is faultless, construction of the high-quality series tool will commence.

The bedrock for the qualitative production of high-quality components in small, medium or large series are "utilisation of the best ingredients available", that includes our experienced know-how, impeccable materials, a lot of manual work (e.g. deburring) and control of every single component. Monitoring production takes place in real time with Repnet® and controlled heating time by Curetrac®. The additional final quality control made through manual, optical and haptic tests establishes our high-quality standard with zero ppm rejects.

The parts are packed according to the packaging instructions and delivered to you on the date you specified. We can also mount your component assemblies if you wish. If requested, we’ll also select cost-conscious forwarding agents and with shipment to various addresses.
